one of my favorite things about fall is all the delicious treats (and pumpkin pieeeeee) that come along with it…plus thanksgiving which brings along even more yummy food ๐ I bake a lot more in the fall as well, with all the pumpkin treats that I love and the weather cooling down so the oven on during the day is actually bearable ๐ I thought I’d share some of my favorite fall treats (with recipes!) with you guys that are perfect for any fall party and occasion ๐
pumpkin roll cake @ life love and sugar
ilove this pumpkin roll cake!! its really quite easy to make, and the rolling is no big deal ๐ I made it for my youth group friendsgiving last year, and it was a huge hit!
tip: use toothpicks to hold the roll together until ready to serve ๐

now these, on the other hand, are always in my house this time of year. they are a great healthy snack or breakfast addition and they are super easy to make! plus, they’re heathy ;))

the BEST pumpkin muffins EVER
these are so basic but they are so good and I have so many memories eating these muffins before 5ks, fall festivals, and running around in the cornfields with these in my hands ๐คญ
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 can (15 ounces) LIBBY’Sยฎ 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water or orange juice
step 1
Preheat oven to 350ยฐ F. Paper-line or grease 30 muffin cups.

Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil and juice in large mixer bowl; beat until just blended. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture; stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Store muffins in covered container or resealable plastic bags.
FOR 72 MINI MUFFINS:
Prepare as above; filling 3/4 full. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
FOR 12 JUMBO MUFFINS:
Prepare as above; filling 3/4 full. Bake for 33 to 36 minutes.
