a happy list // vol. 3 // ft. welcome, q & a and a giveaway!

hey hey! eeeeeee I’m so giddy and happy about this! I have been dreaming about this for a really long time. I finally went ahead with it at the beginning/middle of May and I’ve been working really hard on it for a long amount of time since then, and I am REALLY happy with the fruit of my efforts. now lets move on to the actual post…

and without much further ado, I introduce you to my new blog, hello wordpress.org, goodbye wordpress.com!

explaining my decision a bit…

ok, so some of you who are new to blogging or are just readers may be slightly confused on why I moved, what’s the difference between .org and .com, etc. there is actually quite a is difference. while wp.com is hosted by wordpress, wp.org is self hosted, so I pick everything, and I control everything. I can upload themes, customize more, etc. it also is a more personalized experience! it also creates better SEO and allows you to buy a domain, and there are WAY more free themes available!

exciting changes…

my content will mostly stay the same, except it will be more focused and I will be working extra hard to bring you more healthy recipes, workout routines, and outfit ideas 🙂 the categories of posts can still be found in the dropdown menu under “home”. I will still only be posting once a week, but not on any specific day.

how do I follow your new blog?

either I’m not smart enough to figure it out but I dont think that there is a way that you can just “follow” or “subscribe” to my blog on wordpress.org. SO. this makes it really important that you are subscribed to my email list. this email list will send out a email whenever a new post os posted, as well as fun stuff when those new posts are posted! you also get a free cell phone wallpaper when you sign up 🙂 you can sign up for this under the “subscribe” section in the header or in the pop up that appears when you open my website 😉 you can also click the button down there 👇🏻
