hey friends! winter is nipping at our noses making sure we know its nearly here, and man is it getting cold 😂 recently I did sorry of a fall favorites post (read it here) and I thought I’d share some winter essentials, but before the winter starts so you’re all set for the season before it in the middle and feels pointless to buy stuff for like a month instead of 3 😉 so today I’ll be sharing 10 winter essentials for the upcoming season!
1. candles 🥰
ahhhh I love burning candles in the winter! even if they down actually contribute to making the house warmer, the smell makes everything so cozy, and if your allowed, a great way to elevate the ambiance of your room and make it cozy! 2. hoodies 🥰🤭
i loveeee hoodies. i love hoodies so much that I wear them year round…yes that means in the 100 degree summer in middle Tennessee 😂 hoodies paired with a cute pair of skinny jeans are just such a basic must have for colder months
3. flare leggings 😍
as the days are getting colder, I love wearing flare leggings with some nike mid rise socks to keep my feet and legs warm and also looking cute 🙂
4. a white sweater
a basic white sweater is such an essential for family dinners, school, and church! plus, you can fund them just about everywhere. my favorite one is from tj max!
5. cozy fluffy blankets 🥰
during the winter you will rarely find me walking around the house or sitting down without a blanket wrapped around me 😂 plus, they make super cute decorations that add some coziness to your room!
6. a good playlist!
some winter days can be really dreary, but having a good playlist that gives you energy and makes you happy is a great way to keep your motivation and adittude up on those overcast days : )
7. ultra plush thick nike mid rise socks
is it just me or is the coldest part of your body always your feet? that is a (really random) but real struggle for me in the winter, and I love wearing my super soft and warm nike mid rise socks! wearing high socks always just makes me feel cozy too 🥰

I just got a pair of Wild Fable flare leggings and I love them so much!!! People have asked me if they’re LuluLemon, so you know they are a good dupe. Highly recommend, got mine from Target!.
My birthday was in Nov, and my best friend got me an cream colored fluffy blanket from Better Homes & Garden. It’s amazing quality and super soft!
Looooove hoodies and fuzzy blankets! I really want to get a pair of flare leggings, so I might go clothing shopping at some point. Fun post!
